F-MAX HP is our new generation fiber line with ultra-thin filaments and high resistance that brings the best performance to prevent plastic cracking.
HP fibers provide a dense three-dimensional network of over 140 million filaments per cubic meter of concrete, achieving superior capacity in reducing plastic cracking compared to conventional fibers (40 to 60 million filaments/ m3).
Due to their high strength and higher filament count per kilogram (473 million/kg), F-MAX | HP fibers at a dosage of 300 g/ m3 have shown better results compared to conventional fiber (67 million filaments/kg) at dosages of 600 g/m3, resulting in cost savings and improved performance.
